Estex to Announce Leadership Changes

Effective January 1, 2020 the Board of Directors is pleased to establish a new Executive Administration at Estex Manufacturing Company Incorporated.

The Board of Directors is proud to announce the following changes:

Michael Scott, Vice President of Sales and with Estex since 1993 will become President.

 Jim Wilkes, Director of Marketing and IT and with Estex since 1991 will become Chief Financial Officer.

 Edward Klamfoth, Vice President of Manufacturing and with Estex since 1989 will become Chief Operations Officer.

Brent Wilkes, our current President and CEO will retain the CEO office and become co-Chairman of the Board along with the retired founder Harold Bost. In this role, Brent will join Harold to guide and advise our new management team. We would like to express our gratitude for his many years of leadership and dedication.

The keys to Estex’s success over the years are a management philosophy of treating its employees like family members. Brent and Harold worked hard to grow Estex Manufacturing and this value is instilled in all of those in their employ. Hard work compounded and the Estex family grew steadily over the years and success ensued. Our new executive team represents these core values of hard work and loyalty to the Estex family including our Manufacturers Representatives, our customers and suppliers.

This is an exciting time of transition, and our focus on you, our sales organizations, customers and suppliers remains firm. The new executive team will only enhance Estex’s commitment to continue to provide market leading industrial fabric products that benefit our customers in the airline/aerospace, power/gas utility, Telco and recreational markets.
