This cover fits over the top of our #2001-HBFOD & #2019 round bag. There is a square flap in the top secured with Hook & Loop that can open for deposit or for emptying. The cover has a bungee cord in the hem to keep it fixed to the top of the bag. It is made from heavy 18 oz. vinyl coated nylon. We make many FOD bags and pouches that are afixed to a person and many others that have a permanent position or stand.
